EML provides end-to-end calibration coordination for electrical, process and measurement instruments. We collect the instruments, review the calibration requirements, arrange calibration through pre-approved accredited or certified laboratories, track progress, review the documentation and return the instruments with the applicable calibration certificates.

How It Works

1. Instrument Collection

We collect the instruments from the customer’s premises or receive them at an agreed location. Each item is identified and recorded before dispatch.

2. Requirements Review

We review the instrument details, measurement range, required calibration points, certificate requirements and any relevant customer instructions.

3. Laboratory Coordination

The instruments are assigned to an appropriate pre-approved accredited or certified laboratory based on the instrument type and calibration requirements.

4. Calibration and Tracking

The partner laboratory performs the calibration. EML monitors progress and communicates any findings, delays or out-of-tolerance conditions requiring customer approval.

5. Certificate Review

Calibration certificates are reviewed for instrument identification, results, traceability, measurement uncertainty, calibration dates and laboratory details.

6. Return and Documentation

The instruments are returned to the customer together with the calibration certificates and relevant service documentation.
